Master Tech / Service Manager:
- Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues independently
- Assist with customer intake over the phone and in person
- Ability to perform most common auto repairs yourself
- Ability to train and mentor junior technicians
- Verifying vehicles and repairs to be performed
- Setting an example of safety and health procedures
- Performing other duties as assigned by management
Automotive Mechanic Qualifications or Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience
- Must be dealer trained and/or have experience working on German cars
- Bonus points for Porsche, VW and/or Audi experience
- Diagnose and repair to manufacturer’s specifications
- Must be able to stay current with all the rapidly changing automotive technology
- To be employed in this role, you'll need to clear a pre-employment background check and drug test
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 70-100k + Performance based Bonuses
